MIKE
Clay Sports Shooting is founded and run by Mike Mayers, a competitive clay shooter who in 2019 qualified and was selected for Wales' International Olympic Skeet Team and in 2021 Wales International ABT Team.
Mike is also Lantra Qualified Instructor and fully CRB checked Mike has been shooting competitions for several years and is also a CPSA A class shooter in both English Skeet & English Sporting. Along with being qualified our instructors are able to draw on experience from competitive shooting including at International level.
Mike is passionate about Clay shooting and has a natural flair for instructing, talking you through the experience, showing you all the safety aspects of gun handling and building your confidence, he loves introducing novices to this wonderful sport and he makes each experience enjoyable and fun, he will soon have you hitting those clays.
LOUISA
Our female instructor Louisa, is a fully a qualified Shooting Instructor.
Louisa is also a competitive shooter in multi disciplines and former Wales Skeet International and Wales ABT International.
Louisa is great at putting you at ease, she is extremely good at observing your natural style and adjusting you to get you hitting those targets!
